Tavy District u3a is part of the wider family of u3a groups whose mantra is Learn Laugh and Live. There are no academic qualifications required to become a member.
u3a aims and objectives are to enhance the lives of people no longer working by providing a social network of those with similar interest. We do this through more than 50 Interest Groups providing educational, leisure and recreational activities for the benefit of members in Tavistock and the surrounding area. Groups are organised on a self help basis where we share knowledge and experience. Under normal circumstances we have good programme of social events and several active walking groups.
