We meet to discuss our views about art and the artists that we enjoy and share ideas and expertise.
We aim to extend our knowledge of art by using the extensive library and videos available from the u3a or online information from organisations such as the National Trust and National Gallery.
Some of us take it in turns to research and present about a chosen artist or topic (it’s not compulsory, but any offers would be welcome). We enjoy a group discussion with a cup of tea or coffee.
We aim to have outings from time to time, for example, to view exhibitions at The Box in Plymouth. We welcome suggestions as to where future trips might take us, as well what aspects of art we could explore.
