Many members may remember playing crib with their family as youngsters in many years gone by! We all particularly love the old language of cribbage which we still use today - like '15 for 2, 15 for 4 and the rest won't score' or perhaps 'Morgan's Orchard' which is very appropriate..... Morgan only had 2 pears (pairs) in his orchard so you can score 2 points!
We meet each month and can play cribbage with up to 10 members. No-one needs to sit out during the evening as we can play on 3 tables at the same time with any combination of 4 players.
We have the cribbage boards and the cards so you are most welcome to come along and play or learn to play. You might enjoy the challenge of keeping your mental arithmetic skills sharp.
