This group aims to provide duplicate bridge experience for players familiar with rubber bridge who wish to try out this alternative form or for u3a members who have recently learned how to play duplicate but who do not yet feel ready to join in one of the established Tavistock clubs. The emphasis is on the word "gentle".
We meet once a week and unlike other duplicate clubs we break for coffee! There is a charge of £3 table money to cover the cost of hiring the room and 50p should you wish to have tea or coffee.
